Landmark Real Estate Center, LLC has a longstanding heritage in southwest Kansas and the Oklahoma panhandle. Our agent group started in 1989 as Coldwell Banker Witzke & Associates.  The original group consisted of Don Witzke, Milt Seigrist and Connie Seigrist.  In 1991 the office was relocated to its current location of 307 N. Kansas Ave. Ste. 101 in the Landmark Center.

On January 1, 2007 the Brokerage was renamed Landmark Real Estate Center, LLC and now consists of 14 associates across the area.
